District 1 and Verizon to enter into Early Bargaining

CWA District 1 Vice President Dennis Trainor has issued a memo stating our intent to begin early bargaining with Verizon regarding a possible extension of the CBA.  A copy of the letter is attached which outline the framework of those discussions.
